Building update

I am too slack to record the building process :) But this coming Thursday will be the PCI day, so I decided to upload the pics all in a time :)

-Frame stage

- Bricks up (first beginning looks very dark and dirty)

 Bricks are look much better after clean & tidy up:)

- Render & interior start

- Walls been painted

- Tiles in (lock up stage, can not walk in without SS)

- Sinks & accessories in

- timber look flooring 

- later on, carpet in

- the latest photos took on last weekend

Still no concrete yet, assume it will be done on the coming few days~ waiting PCI~ exciting :) 

21/11/2013 Land Settled ^0^

This morning I receive a call from my broker and he said all the things are done & we become landlords, lol. It's so excited to start my first post and recording all the process of building my lovely house - Montague '25'. We put our deposit for the land in May and It has been seven months waiting for the land settlement. Anyway, I hope everything will go nice and smooth now :)

 

Here are the things that we choose, but the brick was rejected by the council cuz it's too red. so later on we changed to hawksburn color.

I found it's really hard to pick up things by imagination rather than real see it. Hope it will look good.










And we picked the Thorngate Facade.

                                                    







Can't wait to start the construction !!
